Anger management- understand where it is from and have empathy for person causing it.
1. Admit the anger: revealing your feeling is the beginning of healing. Talk to God about it.
2. Begin to forgive. Choose to forgive. Let go of hurts.
3. Hold the offender accountable for the past but don’t let them determine your future.
4. Receive the love and forgiveness of Jesus.
